Refunds

The refund procedure depends on the eSIM status (activated or not activated), the conditions of the purchased plan, and whether there is a technical fault. If the eSIM has not been activated or used, you may request a refund. Once the eSIM has been activated and/or the device first connects to the partner operator network, the payment is non-refundable.
